Original Mind is the Mind “Before.” It is the mind before our internal narratives and preconceived notions reshape the world we experience.  Wing Chun is a martial art connecting us to the origin of our awareness through the primal utterances of our spontaneous nonverbal expressions. Together they form an embodied practice of mind pointing directly to mind.
